For Crepes:
- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Crepes: Using a blender, mix all crepe batter ingredients except butter. Set aside.
- Cream: Whisk cream ingredients until soft peaks form. Set aside.
- Cook Crepes: Heat a pan, add butter, pour crepe batter, cook both sides. Repeat for remaining batter.
- Assemble: Layer crepes, whipped cream, crushed cookies, and strawberries. Roll up, slice into rings.
