Ingredients

Units Scale

Main Components

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 16 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 1 (8 oz) tub cool whip, thawed
  • 1 (3.5 oz) package cheesecake flavor instant pudding or pie filling mix

Add-Ins

  • 1/2 bag miniature marshmallows

Fruits

  • 3 pints strawberries, sliced
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 container raspberries, optional (for garnish or mixing in)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Creamy Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, vanilla yogurt, cheesecake flavor instant pudding mix, and thawed cool whip. Mix everything together using a hand mixer or sturdy whisk until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and free of lumps.
  2. Stir in Marshmallows: Add the miniature marshmallows to the creamy base and stir gently to distribute them evenly throughout the mixture.
  3. Fold in Fruit: Gently fold in the sliced strawberries and bananas (and optional raspberries if using) with a spatula, ensuring the fruit is evenly coated without breaking it down.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Transfer the salad to a serving dish and, if desired, garnish with additional fresh fruit on top. Serve immediately, or chill for a short time before serving for best texture.

Notes

  • For best results, prepare just before serving to prevent the bananas and strawberries from releasing too much liquid.
  • You can add more or less marshmallows to taste.
  • Optional raspberries add color and tang. Blueberries or other berries also work well.
  • If making ahead, slice and add bananas just before serving to avoid browning.
  • Perfect for potlucks, picnics, and holiday gatherings.
