Instructions
- Add Ingredients to Jar: Combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, strawberries, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract, and salt in a jar. Mix well and seal with a lid.
- Refrigerate Overnight: Store the jar in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
