For the Meatloaf
- 1 package Stove Top stuffing (any flavor)
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- 1 cup cold water
For Serving
- 1 packet brown gravy mix
- Mashed potatoes (optional, for serving)
Instructions
- Soak Stuffing Mix: In a medium sized bowl, add the Stove Top stuffing mix and 1 cup of hot water. Let it soak and sit for 5 minutes to absorb the liquid and soften.
- Prepare Gravy Mixture: In a separate bowl, combine 1 packet of brown gravy mix with 1 cup of cold water, stirring until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: To a large bowl, add the ground beef, mixed gravy, and beaten eggs. After the stuffing has cooled, incorporate it into the ground beef mixture and mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Shape and Bake: Grease a bundt pan with non-stick spray. Press the meat mixture firmly into the pan, smoothing the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45-55 minutes, or until the meatloaf is no longer pink in the center.
- Prepare Remaining Gravy: While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the second packet of brown gravy according to package instructions.
- Rest and Serve: Once baked, let the meatloaf rest in the pan for 5 minutes. Invert it onto a serving plate. Fill the center with brown gravy and serve with mashed potatoes if desired.
Notes
