Description

Ingredients

Spaghetti Noodles:

Peanut Butter:

1/2 cup

Soy Sauce:

1/4 cup

Rice Vinegar:

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prepare the Peanut Sauce: Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and sambal oelek until smooth. Adjust seasoning.
  3. Prep the Vegetables: Shred cabbage, slice bell pepper, grate carrots, and slice green onions.
  4. Combine Noodles and Vegetables: Toss prepared vegetables with cooked noodles and peanut sauce until evenly coated.
  5. Serve and Enjoy: Garnish with green onions and enjoy hot or cold.
