Instructions
- Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Prepare the Peanut Sauce: Whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and sambal oelek until smooth. Adjust seasoning.
- Prep the Vegetables: Shred cabbage, slice bell pepper, grate carrots, and slice green onions.
- Combine Noodles and Vegetables: Toss prepared vegetables with cooked noodles and peanut sauce until evenly coated.
