Corn Ribs:
- 2 corn on the cob
- 1 tbsp olive oil or another oil, like avocado oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

- 1/4 tsp onion powder (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Chop the corn in riblets. Stand the corn vertically and chop into halves, then quarters to avoid squashing kernels.
- Step 2: Season the corn by brushing a mix of spices and oil over them.
- Step 3: Cook the corn ribs. Air fry at 375ºF for 12-15 mins, or bake at 375ºF for 25-30 mins, or shallow fry until crispy and curled.
