For the Chicken:

For the Sauce:
- 2 (10.75 oz.) cans condensed cream of cheddar soup
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can condensed cream of herbed chicken
- 1 1/2 cups milk (whole or 2%)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
For Serving:
- 3 cups cooked white or brown rice
- bacon bits, garnish, optional
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat oven to 350ยบ F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a large bowl, whisk together cheddar and herbed chicken soups, milk, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Assemble the Dish: Spread cooked rice in the baking dish, place chicken thighs on top, season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the chicken and rice.
- Bake: Top with cheddar cheese or bacon bits, if desired. Bake for 45-50 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
