- 2 slices marble rye bread

- 6 inch piece of smoked sausage
Instructions
- Prep the Bread: Spread one side of each slice of bread with 1 Tablespoon of softened butter. This will help achieve a crispy, golden crust when grilled.
- Add the Cheese: On the opposite side of each bread slice, spread 2 Tablespoons of whipped cream cheese. Evenly sprinkle both the Gouda and sharp cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer, ensuring good coverage so every bite is cheesy.
- Prepare the Sausage: Slice the smoked sausage into three pieces lengthwise. Heat a small skillet over medium heat and cook the sausage slices for 2-3 minutes, or until warmed through and slightly browned. Set aside.
