Brisket and Seasoning
- 2 pound brisket

Instructions
- Prepare the brisket: Place the brisket in the slow cooker. Sprinkle steak seasoning, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic salt, and BBQ sauce over the brisket. Add the sliced red onion and pour in 1 cup of water.
- Slow cook: Cover and cook on low for 8 hours until the brisket is tender and easily shredded.
- Shred the brisket: Remove the beef and onions from the slow cooker and shred the meat thoroughly.
- Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the sliders.
