Ingredients

Baby Potatoes:

    2 cups baby potatoes washed and patted dry

Broccoli:

    1 medium head cut into florets

Bell Peppers:

    2 medium any color, cut into 1-inch pieces

Cherry Tomatoes:

    2 cups

Smoked Sausage:

    1 pound chicken, turkey, pork, or beef sliced into 1/4-inch slices

Seasoning:
