Description

These Sheet Pan Buffalo Chicken Sliders are a perfect blend of spicy, tangy buffalo chicken with creamy ranch dressing, all baked together on soft Hawaiian rolls with a gooey cheese topping. Easy to make and great for a crowd!

Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Chicken:

  • 3 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (such as Franks)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • Pinch of black pepper

For the Sliders:

  • 2 cups low moisture mozzarella cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly shredded
  • 12 count King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, honey, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Assemble the Sliders: Slice the rolls in half, place the bottom halves on the baking sheet, add the chicken mixture, sprinkle with cheeses, then cover with the top halves of the rolls.
  4. Bake: Brush the rolls with a mixture of melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve: Let cool slightly, then cut into sliders. Optionally, brush with remaining butter mixture for a glossy finish.

Notes

  • These sliders are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • To reheat, bake at 325°F for 10-15 minutes or microwave in 30-second intervals until warm.
