Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries: Rinse and hull 6–7 strawberries, mash them until juicy, and transfer to a large pitcher.
  2. Slice the fruit: Slice the remaining strawberries, one orange, and one lemon. Add them to the pitcher.
  3. Juice the citrus: Juice one orange and pour into the pitcher.
  4. Add the liquids: Pour in maple syrup or honey, rum, and white wine. Stir gently.
  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve: Serve chilled, with or without ice. Garnish with mint or citrus.
