Strawberries:
- 3/4 lb fresh strawberries, rinsed and hulled
White Wine:

Oranges:
- 2 oranges
Lemon:
- 1 lemon
Maple Syrup or Honey:
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
Rum:
- 1/4–1/2 cup rum or liqueur of choice
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries: Rinse and hull 6–7 strawberries, mash them until juicy, and transfer to a large pitcher.
- Slice the fruit: Slice the remaining strawberries, one orange, and one lemon. Add them to the pitcher.
- Juice the citrus: Juice one orange and pour into the pitcher.
- Add the liquids: Pour in maple syrup or honey, rum, and white wine. Stir gently.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve: Serve chilled, with or without ice. Garnish with mint or citrus.
