- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- ½ cup + 1 TBSP Creamy Peanut Butter
Garnish
- 8 Regular sized Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- ½ cup Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups
- ⅓ cup Reese’s Pieces candies
- ⅓ cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
Instructions
- Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F, then spray a 10″ tart pan (or a 9″ cake pan, pie pan, or pizza stone) with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Set aside while you prepare the batter.
- Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water according to the directions on the brownie mix box. Stir well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs. Once done, remove the brownie base from the oven and transfer it to a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Ganache: In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted—this usually takes about one minute. Pour the ganache over the cooled brownie base and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Top & Serve: Decorate the ganache-topped brownie with the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups, Reese’s Pieces candies, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips.
