  • 3 oz. white rum
  • 2 oz. Malibu or coconut liqueur

  • Cherries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients: In a blender, add frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream, white rum, coconut liqueur, and vanilla ice cream. Cover and blend until smooth, stirring as needed.
  2. Pour and garnish: Pour the blended mixture into glasses. Garnish with coconut flakes, pineapple wedges, cherries, and mini umbrellas as desired.

Notes

  • For the best flavor, freeze your own pineapple chunks by placing fresh pineapple in an even layer on a baking sheet or in a resealable bag. Freeze for at least 3 hours before using.
  • To make a non-alcoholic version, omit the alcohol and adjust the amount of coconut cream to suit your taste.
