Instructions
- Blend the Base
Place the vanilla ice cream, peppermint vodka, Irish cream, and Kahlua in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. - Add in Crushed Peppermints
Add half of the crushed peppermints to the blender and pulse briefly to combine. Ensure the peppermint pieces are evenly distributed in the drink. - Prepare the Glasses
Set up two plates: one with ½ cup chocolate syrup and the other with the remaining crushed peppermints. Dip the rim of each glass into the chocolate syrup, allowing the excess to drip off. Then carefully dip the chocolate-coated rim into the crushed peppermints for a festive garnish. - Drizzle and Pour
Drizzle the inside of each glass with the remaining chocolate syrup for added decoration. Evenly pour the blended ice cream mixture into the prepared glasses. - Garnish and Serve
