Pasta Chips:
- 8 oz pasta (farfalle)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or granules
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste
For Dipping:
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and transfer to a large bowl.
- Season the Pasta: Add olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sea salt to the pasta. Toss until coated.
- Air Fry: Place seasoned pasta in a single layer in the air fryer. Air fry at 400°F for about 10 minutes until golden brown and crunchy, tossing occasionally.
