These No-Bake Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies are a simple and sweet treat that requires no oven time. A creamy peanut butter mixture is combined with crispy cereal and topped with a Hershey’s Kiss, making them a perfect quick and easy dessert.

- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 5 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 45 Hershey’s Kisses
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Place Rice Krispies Cereal in a large bowl and set aside. Unwrap Hershey’s Kisses and also set aside.
- Cook Syrup and Sugar: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, mix together the light corn syrup and brown sugar. Continue to stir until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Add Peanut Butter: Once the mixture comes to a full boil, turn down to low heat and continue to stir. Mix in the peanut butter and remove from heat. Continue to stir the mixture until the peanut butter is mixed well.
- Combine with Cereal: Pour the peanut butter mixture over the Rice Krispies and carefully mix well.
- Scoop Cookies: Using a tablespoon cookie scoop, drop 1 tablespoon balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add Hershey’s Kiss: Place 1 Hershey’s Kiss in the middle of each ball. Push the Hershey’s Kiss slightly down into each cookie ball, forming the cookie around the Hershey’s Kiss.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool for 15 minutes and then enjoy!
