These Nashville Hot Chicken & Potato Skewers are a spicy twist on a classic dish, perfect for grilling season. Tender chicken and flavorful potatoes are seasoned with Nashville hot seasoning and served with a creamy bread & butter pickle dipping sauce.

Chicken & Potatoes
- 1 lb cubed boneless chicken
- 4 teaspoons Nashville hot seasoning, divided
- 1 lb par boiled baby new potatoes, cut in half if large
- 3 Tbl olive oil
Bread & Butter Pickle Dipping Sauce
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 1 cup minced bread & butter pickles, drained and patted dry
- 2 Tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 whole green onions, minced
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Bread & Butter Pickle Dipping Sauce – Mix all ingredients together, cover, and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Nashville Hot Chicken & Potato Bites – Preheat grill to 400F. Season chicken and potatoes with oil and Nashville hot seasoning. Skewer chicken and potatoes, then grill for 3-4 minutes each side.
