  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 lemon juice of
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  2. Prepare the vegetables: Wash, dry, and slice the zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, mini peppers, and brussel sprouts. Leave mini peppers whole.
