- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 + 1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
Instructions
- Pressure Cook Sweet Potatoes: Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot, place a trivet inside, and place the sweet potatoes on top. Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes.
- Prepare Glaze: Mix olive oil, maple syrup, paprika, chili powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Caramelize Sweet Potatoes: Sauté cooked sweet potatoes in a skillet with the glaze until caramelized on both sides.
