- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries

- 1 12-ounce bottle kombucha (preferably ginger or strawberry flavor)
- 4 ounces ginger beer

Instructions
- Cook Blueberries: Place the blueberries and honey in a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes until the berries burst and become juicy.
- Muddle Berries with Kombucha: Turn off the heat and transfer the blueberry mixture to a jar or bowl. Add the fresh raspberries and about 1/2 cup of kombucha. Muddle the berries and kombucha together until they are somewhat smashed.
- Prepare Glasses: Fill two glasses with crushed ice.
- Assemble Drink: Divide the smashed berry and kombucha mixture evenly between the glasses. Top off each glass with more kombucha, leaving space for the ginger beer.
- Finish with Ginger Beer and Garnish: Add ginger beer on top of each glass and garnish with fresh mint or basil as desired.
