This festive Halloween Popcorn recipe combines crunchy popcorn with melted white chocolate, gooey marshmallows, colorful sprinkles, Oreo crumbs, and M&M’s for a fun and spooky treat perfect for parties and celebrations.

Popcorn Mix
- 6 cups popped popcorn
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
Chocolate Coating
- 1 – 10 ounce bag white chocolate melting wafers
Toppings
- ¼ cup Halloween sprinkles
- 10 Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
- 1 bag M&M’s (we used the Cookies & Scream M&M’s)
Instructions
- Divide Popcorn and Marshmallows: Separate the popcorn and miniature marshmallows evenly into two large bowls, preparing for two different coatings.
- Melt Half the White Chocolate: Place half of the white chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat at 50% power for 45 seconds, stir, then repeat heating in 15-second increments until the chocolate is smooth and creamy.
- Coat First Popcorn Bowl: Pour the melted white chocolate into one bowl of popcorn and marshmallows. Stir thoroughly to coat all pieces evenly. Sprinkle the Halloween sprinkles over the coated popcorn and toss to combine.
- Transfer to Tray and Add M&M’s: Spread the coated popcorn onto one side of a tray lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle half of the M&M’s over this mixture.
- Melt Remaining White Chocolate: Melt the remaining white chocolate wafers using the same microwave method as before until smooth and creamy.
- Coat Second Popcorn Bowl: Pour the melted chocolate into the second bowl of popcorn and marshmallows. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Add Crushed Oreo Crumbs: Gradually add the crushed Oreo cookie crumbs to the chocolate-coated popcorn while stirring until the mixture is evenly coated with crumbs.
- Transfer to Tray and Add Remaining Candies: Spread this Oreo-coated popcorn mixture on the opposite side of the tray. Add the remaining M&M’s over the top.
- Refrigerate and Serve: Place the tray in the refrigerator for 5 minutes to let the chocolate set. Once firm, break the popcorn into pieces and store it in a tightly sealed bag or airtight container to keep fresh.
