For the Ground Beef:

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
For the Orzo and Sauce:
- 1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 3/4 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Ground Beef: Cook the ground beef in a soup pot/Dutch oven over medium-high heat until partially cooked.
- Add Ingredients: Add onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and orzo. Cook briefly.
- Make the Sauce: Stir in tomato sauce, beef broth, cream, and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Finish the Dish: Stir in parmesan and spinach. Let it thicken, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
