Description
This Garlic Butter Steak with Parmesan Alfredo recipe is a luxurious and indulgent dish that combines perfectly cooked steak with a creamy, flavorful alfredo sauce. The tender steak is seared to perfection in garlic butter, then served over a bed of rich parmesan alfredo-coated fettucini noodles.

For the Steak:
- 2 lbs steak filet, ribeye, sirloin, etc.
- 2 tablespoons steak seasoning, divided (see notes for homemade seasoning recipe)
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 10 cloves garlic, minced and divided
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 1 lb. dry fettucini noodles
- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 green onions, diced
- 1 cup parmesan, freshly grated
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Cut steak into 2-3″ pieces, rub with avocado oil, and season with half of the steak seasoning. Cook in a skillet until desired doneness. Set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce: Cook fettucini noodles. In the same pan used for the steak, sauté garlic in butter, then add cream, half & half, remaining steak seasoning, and parmesan. Simmer until thickened. Add green onions.
- Combine: Toss cooked noodles in the alfredo sauce. Top with steak, additional green onions, and parmesan.
Notes
- Do not add salt to the alfredo sauce until after adding parmesan, as it already contains sodium.
