- 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 3/4 tsp sea salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Softening Butter: Bring 4 tablespoons of butter out of the refrigerator to soften, or use the ‘soften’ mode on your microwave.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 420°F.
- Prepare Cabbage: Cut cabbage into wedges, season with butter and spices.
- Bake: Bake cabbage for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garlic Butter Drizzle: Melt remaining butter, mix with garlic, and spread over cabbage. Bake for 3-5 more minutes.
