  • 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Softening Butter: Bring 4 tablespoons of butter out of the refrigerator to soften, or use the ‘soften’ mode on your microwave.
  2. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 420°F.
  3. Prepare Cabbage: Cut cabbage into wedges, season with butter and spices.
  4. Bake: Bake cabbage for 20 minutes, flip, then bake for an additional 5 minutes.
