- 2 oz prosecco
- 2 oz club soda
- juice of half an orange
Additional:
- 2 cups ice
- orange or clementine slices for garnish
Instructions
- Mango Puree: Add mango and Aperol to a blender; blend until mango is just pureed.
- Cocktail Base: Add prosecco, club soda, and orange juice to the blender; blend until just incorporated.
- Final Blend: Add ice and blend until just crushed.
