  • 2 cups frozen mango

Cocktail Base:

  • 6 oz Aperol
  • 2 oz prosecco
  • 2 oz club soda
  • juice of half an orange

Additional:

  • 2 cups ice
  • orange or clementine slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mango Puree: Add mango and Aperol to a blender; blend until mango is just pureed.
  2. ⅕ 2 mango
    ⅕ 6 Aperol

  3. Cocktail Base: Add prosecco, club soda, and orange juice to the blender; blend until just incorporated.
  4. ⅕ 2 prosecco
    ⅕ 2 club soda
    juice of half an orange

  5. Final Blend: Add ice and blend until just crushed.
  6. ⅕ 2 ice

  7. Serve: Divide between two cocktail glasses; top with orange or clementine slices if desired. Drink immediately and enjoy!
