Lemonade:
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3 cups ice cubes (330g)
- 1/4 cup sugar or sweetener of choice
- 2 tsp lemon zest
Optional Add-in:
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, ice cream, or coconut cream
Instructions
- Add all frozen lemonade ingredients to a high-speed blender. Blend on high, using a tamper, until thick and slushy.
- To make the recipe in a regular blender or food processor instead of a high-speed machine, thaw the frozen ice cubes until they are soft enough for your blender to handle.
