For the Cappuccino Freddo:

  • 20 ice cubes
  • 120 ml / 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Maple syrup, to taste (optional)
  • 23 green cardamom pods or a piece of vanilla pod* (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coffee: Make a strong coffee and allow it to cool down.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Divide the coffee, blend half with ice cubes, maple syrup, and optional flavorings.
