For the Espresso:
- 2 x double espresso, cooled
For the Cappuccino Freddo:
- 20 ice cubes
- 120 ml / 1/2 cup almond milk
- Maple syrup, to taste (optional)
- 2–3 green cardamom pods or a piece of vanilla pod* (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Coffee: Make a strong coffee and allow it to cool down.
- Blend the Ingredients: Divide the coffee, blend half with ice cubes, maple syrup, and optional flavorings.
- Blend and Serve: Blend the mixture until frothy, then pour over the remaining coffee. Top with almond milk if desired.
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
