- 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1.41 oz. Pioneer turkey gravy packet (or two 0.87 oz. packets of any other brand)
- 2 cups chicken broth or chicken stock
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
Instructions
- Prepare Turkey: Add the turkey breast to the slow cooker pot. Sprinkle evenly with black pepper and paprika to season the meat.
- Mix Gravy: In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, turkey gravy packet, and chicken broth until smooth and well combined.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the prepared gravy mixture over the turkey in the slow cooker. Add the fresh thyme sprigs on top.
- Slow Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours until the turkey is tender and can be easily shredded with a fork.
- Shred Turkey: Remove the turkey from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Discard the thyme sprigs and any stems.
- Mix and Serve: Return the shredded turkey to the slow cooker and stir it into the gravy. Serve hot, ideally over mashed potatoes, and enjoy!
