Instructions
- Prepare the Butter Mixture

Evenly spread the prepared butter mixture on one side of each bread slice. Place the buttered slices (buttered side up) on a sheet tray and set aside. - Assemble the Sandwich
Preheat a skillet over medium-low heat. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, into the skillet. Layer it with 1 slice of mozzarella cheese, 6 slices of pepperoni, another slice of mozzarella, 6 more slices of pepperoni, and finish with another slice of mozzarella cheese. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches. - Cook the Sandwich
