Tortilla Pizzas:

  • 2 (8 inch) tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 68 slices pepperoni – or toppings of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Mix seasoning: Mix parmesan and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Prepare tortillas: Brush or spray tortillas with olive oil, sprinkle with pizza seasoning.
  4. Add toppings: Spread pizza sauce on each tortilla, top with pepperoni and cheese, sprinkle more seasoning.
  5. Cook pizzas: Spray air fryer basket, place a tortilla pizza, cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and cheese melts.
  6. Finish: Let pizza sit in the basket for 2-3 minutes to crisp, then remove and repeat for the second pizza.
  7. Serve: Cut pizzas into triangles and enjoy!

Notes

  • Tortillas – almond flour or flour tortillas work best but any tortillas will work.
  • Sauce – use pizza sauce, pesto, alfredo, or even BBQ sauce.
  • Cheese – any cheese will work!
