- 1 1/2 pounds white almond bark or white melting chocolate, divided
- 1 cup pink candy melts
- 12 lemon Oreo cookies or any other lemon sandwich cookies
- Easter grass sprinkles
Instructions
- Melt White Chocolate (Base): In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 pound of white almond bark or melting chocolate in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Prepare Cookie Base: On a tray or baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the 12 cookies spaced out.
- Cover Cookies: Spoon the melted white chocolate over each cookie to cover it completely.
- Fill Tray: Fill in all the spaces between and around the Oreos with the remaining white chocolate.
- Level and Sprinkle: Gently tap the pan on the table to help spread out the white chocolate and level it. Sprinkle the Easter grass sprinkles around the cookies, but not on them. Set aside to set.
- Melt Remaining Chocolate: In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the remaining ½ pound of white chocolate and the pink candy melts in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Prepare Bunny Feet: Spoon each color of melted chocolate into separate ziploc bags and snip off a tiny corner. On a parchment-lined tray, pipe 12 sets of small white ovals to make the bunny feet. Tap the tray lightly to level the chocolate.
- Add Bunny Toes: Use the pink chocolate to pipe 4 dots for the bunny toes on each foot. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes.
- Pipe Bunny Tails: Meanwhile, take the white melted chocolate and pipe bunny tails on each cookie.
- Attach Bunny Feet: Use the remaining melted white chocolate to pipe a small spot on the back of each bunny foot and use it to glue the feet to the cookies.
- Chill: Place the tray in the fridge for 30 minutes to set up.
- Cut and Serve: Use a knife dipped in hot water and dried to cut around the bunny butts for clean edges. Arrange on a tray and serve.
Notes
- You can use mini marshmallows for bunny tails if desired.
