  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice, 175g)
  • Flavor & Nutrition Boost

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 2 Tbsp. lime juice (juice of 12 limes)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients. Ensure your dragon fruit, pineapple, and banana are frozen and your lime is juiced. Measure out the almond milk and protein powder.
  2. Blend the Smoothie: Add all ingredients (frozen dragon fruit cubes, frozen pineapple, frozen banana, almond milk, protein powder, and lime juice) to a blender. Start blending on low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend until the mixture becomes creamy and completely smooth.
