Instructions
- Prepare the seasoning mix: In a small bowl, whisk together the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to create the spice mixture.
- Season the chicken: Season the chicken breasts evenly on all sides with the prepared spice mixture.
- Make the cheese mixture: In a separate small bowl, mix together the dill pickle ranch dressing and ½ cup of the grated Parmesan cheese. Spread the mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
- Create the breadcrumb topping: In a third bowl, combine the remaining Parmesan cheese with the breadcrumbs. Sprinkle this breadcrumb mixture evenly over each piece of chicken.
- Air fry the chicken: Place each chicken breast into the basket of your air fryer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to work in batches. Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes (checking at 8 minutes), or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Rest and garnish: Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped dill and a drizzle of dill pickle ranch dressing for a flavorful finish.
