- 1 ounce packet of onion soup and dip mix
Gravy and Broth

- 8 ounces beef or chicken broth
Vegetables
- 1 small white onion, sliced
Soups
- 2 – 10.5 ounce cans of condensed cream of chicken soup

Instructions
- Prepare the onions: Slice the small white onion and add the slices to the bottom of the slow cooker to create a flavorful base for the dish.
- Form beef patties: In a bowl, combine the ground beef with the onion soup and dip mix thoroughly. Shape the mixture into four to six evenly sized patties.
- Assemble in the slow cooker: Place the beef patties on top of the sliced onions in the Crock Pot. Evenly sprinkle the brown gravy mix over the patties.
- Add broth and soups: Pour 8 ounces of beef or chicken broth over the meat and gravy mix. Then, spread the condensed cream of chicken soup over the patties for a creamy gravy base.
- Cook the beef: Cover with the lid and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8 hours until the beef is tender and cooked through, and the gravy is thickened.
- Finishing touches: Before serving, skim off any excess grease from the surface using a turkey baster if desired. Stir everything gently to combine flavors.
- Serve: Spoon the beef and gravy over cooked mashed potatoes or rice for a hearty and satisfying meal.
