Turkey Tacos:

  • 300 g Turkey Breast, cut into bite-size chunks
  • 4 tablespoons Plain Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Small Tortilla Wraps

Crunchy Slaw:

  • 1/4 Red Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 Carrots, peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 Lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slaw: Combine shredded red cabbage, carrots, lime juice, white wine vinegar, and olive oil in a bowl. Toss well to coat and set aside.
  2. Cook the Turkey: In a plate, mix flour, chilli powder, cumin, ground coriander, salt, and pepper. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Coat turkey pieces in the flour mixture and fry in batches until crispy and cooked through, about 5 minutes per batch. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Assemble the Tacos: Fill tortilla wraps with the crispy turkey and top with the prepared slaw. Serve and enjoy!
