Broccoli Sticks
- 4 large broccoli stalks, peeled
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 3 tbs grated parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian herb blend
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 425℉. Do not use parchment paper for this recipe.
- Slice the broccoli: Cut the peeled broccoli stems into medium thin, long sticks.
- Prepare the seasoning mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, 3 tbs grated parmesan, minced garlic, paprika, chili powder, onion powder, Italian herb blend, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Coat the broccoli sticks: Add the broccoli sticks to the bowl and toss until well coated. Then, dip one side of each stick in freshly grated parmesan cheese.
- Arrange on the baking sheet: Transfer the broccoli sticks to your baking sheet, placing them cheese-side down.
- Bake until crispy: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they become crispy. For air frying, set the temperature to 400℉ and cook for 8 minutes.
Notes
- Make sure to not use parchment paper, as it helps achieve a crisp texture.
- You can substitute Lazy Tzatziki with another dip of your choice, such as ranch or a spicy aioli.
- Adjust the seasoning quantities according to your taste preference.
- For even cooking, ensure the broccoli sticks are cut to a uniform thickness.
