  • 2 (15oz) cans low-sodium chickpeas - drained and rinsed well

Seasoning:

  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt + more for topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prep the chickpeas: Drain, rinse, and dry the chickpeas. Spread them on a baking sheet.
