Chickpeas:
- 2 (15oz) cans low-sodium chickpeas - drained and rinsed well
Seasoning:
- 1-2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt + more for topping
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prep the chickpeas: Drain, rinse, and dry the chickpeas. Spread them on a baking sheet.
- Season the chickpeas: Combine spices and oil, toss with chickpeas.
- Roast: Spread chickpeas on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes.
- Serve: Cool chickpeas on the pan for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot with sea salt.
