- 1 ripe avocado
- 3 cups diced, chilled pineapple
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup kale
- 2 cups coconut water
- 3 tablespoons agave nectar
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter or oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add all ingredients (avocado, diced pineapple, spinach, kale, coconut water, agave nectar, lime juice, coconut butter or oil, and vanilla extract) into a high-powered blender.
- Blend: Blend on high speed until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
- Serve: Pour into four glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For a colder smoothie, use frozen pineapple chunks.
- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave nectar.
- If you don’t have coconut butter, you can use coconut oil or omit it.
- Feel free to add other greens like cucumber or celery.
- For a thicker smoothie, use less coconut water or add ice.
- If you don’t have agave, honey or maple syrup will work.
