Description

This Creamy Avocolada Smoothie is a tropical and healthy blend of avocado, pineapple, and greens. It’s a refreshing and nutrient-packed drink that’s perfect for a quick breakfast, snack, or post-workout boost.


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3 cups diced, chilled pineapple
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter or oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add all ingredients (avocado, diced pineapple, spinach, kale, coconut water, agave nectar, lime juice, coconut butter or oil, and vanilla extract) into a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend: Blend on high speed until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve: Pour into four glasses and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • For a colder smoothie, use frozen pineapple chunks.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less agave nectar.
  • If you don’t have coconut butter, you can use coconut oil or omit it.
  • Feel free to add other greens like cucumber or celery.
  • For a thicker smoothie, use less coconut water or add ice.
  • If you don’t have agave, honey or maple syrup will work.
