Ground Beef Patty:

  • 1 pound ground beef, 85/15 recommended
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Canyon Crust Beef Seasoning

Additional:

  • Hamburger buns (3-5 depending on burger size)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the bacon crumbles: Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small bits.
  2. Combine ingredients for the burgers: Mix beef, sour cream, ranch dressing powder, bacon, and cheddar cheese in a bowl without overmixing.
  3. Form the burger patties: Divide the mixture into 3-5 patties, shaping them and seasoning with Canyon Crust Beef Seasoning.
