Ground Beef Patty:
- 1 pound ground beef, 85/15 recommended
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Canyon Crust Beef Seasoning
Additional:
- Hamburger buns (3-5 depending on burger size)
Instructions
- Prepare the bacon crumbles: Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small bits.
- Combine ingredients for the burgers: Mix beef, sour cream, ranch dressing powder, bacon, and cheddar cheese in a bowl without overmixing.
- Form the burger patties: Divide the mixture into 3-5 patties, shaping them and seasoning with Canyon Crust Beef Seasoning.
- Cook the burgers: Toast buns, then sear the burgers on a griddle until crispy and cooked to preference. Add cheese slices to melt if desired.
