- 16 oz cottage cheese
- 3 oz feta cheese
- 1–2 tbs red wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1–2 tbs olive oil
- 1–2 tbs honey
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbs dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Milk (optional for thinning)

Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cottage cheese, feta cheese, red wine vinegar (or lemon juice), olive oil, honey, garlic, dill, and salt and pepper to a food processor. Pulse for a minute or two until the mixture becomes completely smooth.
- Adjust and Thin if Necessary: Taste the dip and adjust the vinegar and honey as needed to reach your desired flavor. If the dip is too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk to thin it out slightly.
- Finish and Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with toasted sesame seeds, dill, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with pita chips, carrot sticks, celery, or cucumber slices.
Notes
- If you prefer a stronger tangy flavor, increase the red wine vinegar or lemon juice.
