Description

These Coconut Cream Pie Overnight Oats are a delicious and nutritious make-ahead breakfast option that will make your mornings a breeze. Creamy coconut milk, chia seeds, and coconut yogurt come together with old-fashioned oats to create a satisfying and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

Oatmeal:

  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 5 ounce can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey, maple syrup, or agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt

Optional Toppings:

  • Coconut flakes
  • Fresh coconut chunks

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine all of the oatmeal ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. This allows the flavors to meld together.
