- Shape the Wreath: Place a small bowl in the center of the parchment paper as a guide. Using a tablespoon, dollop large spoonfuls of the meringue mixture around the bowl to form a ring shape like a wreath. Once all mixture is used, gently spike the surface with a fork to add texture.
