Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare Dough: Preheat oven to 450°F. Sprinkle about half the granulated sugar onto a clean surface to prevent sticking. Place the pizza dough on the sugared surface and sprinkle the remaining sugar on top. Roll out the dough into an 11-inch circle evenly.
- Bake the Crust: Transfer the rolled dough to a large baking sheet. Use a fork to poke holes all over the dough to prevent bubbling while baking. Brush the dough evenly with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
