Hazelnut butter filling

  • 1/3 cup hazelnut butter (80g)
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (40g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 10g roasted hazelnuts, to garnish

Chocolate cups

  • 1 cup dark chocolate, chopped (150g)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (20g)

Instructions

  1. Hazelnut Butter Filling: In a small bowl, mix hazelnut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Add chopped hazelnuts. Chill while preparing chocolate cups.
  2. Chocolate Cups: Melt dark chocolate and coconut oil. Line muffin tin with paper liners. Pour melted chocolate into liners, coat the sides. Chill to set. Add hazelnut filling, top with more chocolate. Chill until set.

Notes

  • Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
  • Remove 5 minutes before eating to soften.
