Sauce
- 8 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce

- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped finely
Instructions
- Soak Noodles: Soak the udon noodles in hot water for 5-7 minutes until they soften and start to break apart. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together water, sriracha, soy sauce, honey, and oyster sauce until well combined. Set aside.
- Cook Garlic: In a wide sauté pan over medium-low heat, add vegetable oil and minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the garlic turns golden brown and fragrant.
- Add Noodles to Pan: Add the drained noodles to the garlic oil, tossing for a few seconds to coat the noodles evenly.
- Add Sauce: Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles. Toss with tongs to coat thoroughly and cook until the mixture thickens slightly and adheres to the noodles, about 2-3 minutes.
- Finish & Serve: Remove from heat, stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro, and serve immediately garnished with extra cilantro if desired.

- You can substitute fresh udon noodles with dried ones; adjust soaking time accordingly.
