Ingredients

Units Scale

For the Dough:

    • 2 tubes (13.8 ounces each) pizza dough
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced

For the Cheese and Sauce:

    • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
    • 2 cups parmesan cheese, grated, divided

For the Chicken Filling:

  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded, divided
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce, divided

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bundt Pan: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Spray a large bundt pan with cooking spray and set it aside.
  2. Prepare the Dough Balls: Cut the pizza dough into ½-inch pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place them into a large bowl.
  3. Flavor the Dough Balls: Add olive oil, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, ½ cup mozzarella cheese, and ½ cup parmesan cheese to the bowl with the dough balls. Use your hands to gently coat the dough balls with the mixture.
  4. Layer the Ingredients in the Bundt Pan: In the prepared bundt pan, layer ½ cup mozzarella cheese, ½ cup parmesan cheese, ½ of the dough balls, 1 cup of shredded chicken, and ½ cup of Alfredo sauce. Repeat the layers with another ½ cup mozzarella cheese, ½ cup parmesan cheese, the remaining dough balls, remaining chicken, and the rest of the Alfredo sauce. Top it all off with the remaining ½ cup of mozzarella and ½ cup parmesan.
  5. Bake the Monkey Bread: Bake the assembled monkey bread in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Cool and Serve: Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a large plate. Allow the bread to cool for about 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
