Potatoes:
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- Olive oil, to coat
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika – to taste
Ground Beef:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp dried cilantro
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup water
Additional Ingredients:
- Nacho cheese – as desired
- 5 burrito-size flour tortillas
- Taco sauce – to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Potatoes: Peel and cube potatoes. Toss with oil and seasonings.
- Cook Potatoes: Air fry at 400°F for 25 minutes, shaking a few times.
- Cook Ground Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet, add seasonings and garlic. Pour in 1/2 cup water and simmer on low.
- Assemble Burritos: Warm tortillas. Add nacho cheese, beef, taco sauce, and potatoes. Roll burritos tightly.
- Grill Burritos: Grill in a skillet until golden on both sides. Serve warm.
Notes
