Banana Boat:
- 1 banana
Toppings:
- Handful of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Handful of mini marshmallows
- Other topping options: Peanut butter, Biscoff, Cut up candy bars, Chopped nuts, Honey Grahams or Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Graham Crackers (for dipping)
Instructions
- Gather your bananas. Slice the bananas about a ΒΌ inch deep down the middle. Pull the peel back slightly to create space.
- Stuff the boats. Fill the bananas with your choice of toppings.
- Wrap. Wrap each banana in aluminum foil topped with parchment paper.
- Cook. Place the wrapped bananas on warm coals for about 5 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
Notes
- If there are active flames, place the bananas on a grill.
- To grill: Preheat to 500 degrees, grill wrapped bananas for 5-7 minutes.
- To bake: Preheat to 400 degrees, bake wrapped bananas for 13-15 minutes.
- To air fry: Air fry wrapped bananas at 400 degrees for 6-7 minutes.
