For the Bruschetta:

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ball burrata cheese (approx. 8 ounces or 227 grams)
  • Balsamic glaze, to drizzle

Instructions

  1. PREP: Dice tomatoes, mince garlic, and chop basil. Mix in a bowl with salt, pepper, olive oil, and vinegar.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F. Slice baguette, brush with olive oil, and bake until golden brown.
  3. Drain excess liquid from tomato mixture. Spoon onto toasts.
  4. Open burrata, scoop onto toasts. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
